Hmm wishlist~~~
Year 2008 is coming to a close in a few weeks. Time to set new material goals for the next year haha. Below is a list of stuff that I want, or rather, will like to have in the coming year.
Geeky Gadgets
- Apple iPhone (8GB will be good enough for me lolx)
- A new desktop (24″ LCD monitor, 2x ATI 4870HD crossfire, 1 Terabyte HDD, Quad core processor, good audio card that can do home studio recording)
- PS3 games and upgrades. Mainly games like KOFXII, Samurai Spirits, StreetFighter IV. (Coupled with 2 arcade styled joysticks, full metal DDR dancing pad.)
- Entry Level DSLR
- A macbook. (Mainly for website testing purposes)
Work
- Stabilize my monthly income as a freelance front-end developer
- Conjure up a good entry for May1stReboot 2009. (I have been contemplating to join that contest for quite some time)
- Get showcased in FWA. (Dream~~~~)
- Learn new technologies.
- Find a passive recurring income to supplement my monthly income. (Perhaps create some premium WP templates for sale?)
- Have more clients
Family, events
- Find and have my nest.
- Stabilize myself financially. (Currently I am a poor freelancer T___T)
- A trip to Japan. (Akihabara~~~~~ Otaku’s dream place!!!)
Hope I can achieve what I wish for, since most of these are actually not impossible to attain. What’s your wishlist for 2009?

I think if you work hard and come across the right opportunities, you can get almost everything on your list
The only thing I can easily think I want more of is “happiness”, but I have trouble breaking that up into tangible things

Wordpress themes are a great idea. You should also try to get featured on DesignMeltdown and catch the eyes of SmashingMagazine. It helps with traffic, but more importantly, it also brings in a number of clients too.
